What is an Extended-Length Bulk Container?

Our goal is to make sure that we have a product to meet each customer’s needs with their specific applications, so they don’t have to look anywhere else. While a lot of projects will require standard size containers such as 40” x 48” or 45” x 48” - there are many applications and uses that require larger, extended length bulk containers. Over the last 20+ years, we have learned that with tons of feedback, many customers and companies require extended-length containers to fit their longer parts when a standard size does not work. For this reason, we will highlight the benefits of using extended-length bulk containers.
Extended length bulk containers become necessary for customers when they have too long parts to fit into standard-sized bulk containers but are too light to justify having or purchasing heavy-duty steel shipping racks. There are countless automotive and industrial parts that are too long for standard-size bulk containers. Examples include running boards, roof rack rails, fuel lines, side air curtains, tubing, large component parts, industrial materials, raw materials, and commercial supplies. A benefit to replacing metal shipping racks with extended-length bulk containers is that our plastic containers will not ruse like a metal rack would over time. Another advantage to extended-length bulk containers compared to metal racking is that these containers can collapse and stack on top of one another, thus providing and saving valuable warehouse space.

customizes containers
to fit the length requirements for extra-large or uniquely shaped products. We do this using a plate welder and adding steel-supported joints to ensure your parts are stored efficiently and securely, no matter the circumstance.
