When you are in need of a container but can’t find one that meets all your requirements, turn to a custom option. Whether you are looking for a lockable, tamper-free container, a hinged lid, drop down ramps to store products with wheels, or if you are looking for a side discharge container, RPP Containers can help!
We understand that having a lockable container and lid option helps our customers have peace of mind. Whether you store your containers outside and are worried about your product being tampered with, or you’re shipping your containers across the country and need to make sure your contents aren’t lost in transit, a lockable container is a simple answer to ease your worries. Latches can be installed on the containers and lids on 1, 2, 3, or all four sides, depending on how much security is needed.
Are you constantly needing to get product out of your container but don’t want to deal with the hassle of removing the lid each time? A hinged lid might be the solution to your application problem. Regardless of size, RPP Containers can add hinges to your lids customized to fit your exact needs. Do you need the lid locked onto the container but would like a hinged lid for quick access? If so, we can combine latches and a hinged lid to your customizations so you can have the best of both worlds.
For those customers with products on wheels, a drop-down ramp might be the best option for you. Typically, the walls of bulk containers fold inwards for storage and transit, but with a custom ramp, we remove one of those walls and replace it with a ramp that has the capability to fold outward and inward. The ramp will serve as a wall, when in use, but will also serve as a ramp when loading your product into the bin. We can customize your ramp to your weight capacity and sizing needs.
If you have flowable material, but the standard bottom discharge hopper container doesn’t work with your current system, a side discharge option is available. With this customized option, we can take the container size of your choice and install a side discharge chute so your flowable material can be removed with ease.
