The Big Pak Container is a reusable self-palletized shipping container.
Each Big Pak Container is comprised of a specially fitted plastic pallet and top, and a collapsible triple wall corrugated sleeve. The Big Pak's pallet and top are formed from high molecular weight, high density polyethylene plastic resin resulting in a product that is extremely rugged, and remarkably impact resistant. The triple wall corrugated sleeve is extremely heavy duty and resigned for a multitude of reuses. The sleeves are collapsible and easily stacked together for return shipment with the nested pallets and tops.
Traditional shipping, packaging and storage systems have a limited life and are usually used once and then thrown away. But the Used Big Pak Container is designed for countless reuses and years of service. Along with reducing the amount of trash going into the landfill, the cost-saving economics of the Used Big Pak are substantial. Payback from the initial investment is typically under a year.
The collapsible features of the Used Big Pak sleeve and the nesting capabilities of its pallets and tops also reduce the amount of warehouse space needed to store collapsed containers.
