Uni-Pak® General Information

The Uni-Pak® consists of a twin-sheet thermoformed plastic pallet and top and a triplewall corrugated sleeve. Pallets and tops have ten-year life expectancies, and sleeves can be reused between 50 and 100+ times. The Uni-Pak® system is cost-effective, often paying for itself within six months, saving customers thousands of dollars a year in container, storage and shipping costs.

While the Uni-Pak® System is designed for universal applications, it can also be custom-designed to meet specific needs. For example drop panels can be added to allow easy access to each Uni-Pak® System container (even when stacked). In many cases, pallets can be steel-reinforced for special racking applications. Unit height is variable, allowing users to custom-order the Uni-Pak® System container that best meets their reusable material handling needs.
