The UniPak Container is a state-of-the-art reusable self-palletized shipping container.
Each UniPak Container is comprised of a specially fitted plastic pallet and top, and a collapsible triple wall corrugated sleeve. The UniPak's pallet and top are formed from two sheets of high molecular weight, high density polyethylene plastic resin resulting in a product that is extremely rugged, and remarkably impact resistant. The triple wall corrugated sleeve is extremely heavy duty and resigned for a multitude of reuses. The sleeves are collapsible and easily stacked together for return shipment with the nested pallets and tops.
The UniPak Container's design allows it to do more work. The UniPak's high performance corrugated sleeve supplies excellent stacking strength from the use of its unique AAA fluted configuration and its unique structure of liners and mediums. Each sleeve is specially die-cut so that it conforms perfectly to each plastic pallet and top. And because each sleeve nestles all the way down to the floor when fitted into the pallet, the weight of each load when stacked is transferred more evenly allowing UniPak Containers to hold tremendous amounts of weight.
The UniPak's sleeve is so rigid in a stacking situation, that the bottom container in a stack can withstand weights of up to 10,000 pounds, making the UniPak applicable and economical in virtually every facet of shipping, storage and manufacturing.
The UniPak's patented locking mechanism eliminates the need for costly and time consuming strapping or stretch wrapping. This unique feature allows the UniPak Container to maintain its integrity no matter how full the container may be.
Traditional shipping, packaging and storage systems have a limited life and are usually used once and then thrown away. But the UniPak Container is designed for countless reuses and years of service. Along with reducing the amount of trash going into the landfill, the cost-saving economics of the UniPak are substantial. Payback from the initial investment is typically under a year.
The collapsible features of the UniPak sleeve and the nesting capabilities of its pallets and tops also reduce the amount of warehouse space needed to store collapsed containers.
The UniPak Container's stackability when full and nestability when empty provides a substantial cost savings as a result of improved utilization of warehouse space.
Put simply, UniPak Containers are some of the most durable, versatile, and cost effective reusable material handling containers available today.
