Use the following formulas to calculate I.U.D to build your own Uni-Pak.

Width and Length

46" - 2.875" = 43.125" and 46" - 2.875" = 43.125"

Container Height

Using a 45" O.D. as an example
45" - 8.5" = 36.5"
I.U.D. = 43.125" x 43.125" x 36.5"

Dimensions for nesting and stacking calculation

First pallet on floor: 6"
Nested pallet in pallet: 1 3/4"
First top nested in pallet: 1 3/4"
Nested top in top: 1 3/4"
Sleeve (accordion folded in length dimension) 2 1/4"
